NKSF is a charitable trust founded by Mr. Shashidhar B. Shetty in loving memory of his mother, Late Smt. Kashi B. Shetty (Kashi Amma). It supports underprivileged individuals and families through education, healthcare, housing, livelihood and social welfare.

The foundation is a son's tribute to his mother. Its purpose is to keep her name alive through acts of compassion, so that every life it touches becomes a reason for her to be remembered with love and respect.

Six areas: education & scholarships, housing & shelter, healthcare & well-being, women & youth empowerment, livelihood & entrepreneurship, and community & social welfare.

Our work is rooted in Dakshina Kannada, particularly Belthangady taluk and the surrounding communities of coastal Karnataka, where Mr. Shetty's philanthropic work began.

Kashi Sadana is a housing initiative under which Mr. Shetty has supported the construction of approximately nine homes for deserving families, giving them a safe and secure place to call their own.
